CANADA AND USA:

Products which are shipped from Canada and USA are shipped within 2 business days and Delivered within 4 to 7 days.

Products shipped from outside of Canada and USA are shipped within 3 business days and delivered within 7 to 14 days.

Some products may take up to 3 to 4 weeks.

 

AUSTRALIA and UNITED KINGDOM:

Most of the packages arrives within 10 Days.

OTHER COUNTRIES:

Most of the packages arrives within 15 Days.

Please allow 1 - 4 weeks for shipping (varies by Country you live in). You will be sent a confirmation email once the package has been shipped.

In most cases, the orders are delivered within 1 to 2 weeks.

Please double check all shipping information before submitting your order. Your order will be delayed if we have to contact you to update incorrect information.

DELIVERY METHODS:

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will arrive with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice may be left by the postal service advising where your delivery can be collected.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. However, customs charges may apply in certain countries,  which would be charged to you by your postal service upon arrival in your country. Most countries don't charge customs duties.

RETURN POLICY:

If a product received has manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request a product replacement or refund within 5 days of receiving the item. Our policy lasts 30 days. So please return the product within 30 days from the time you ordered. Please send us an email and please make sure to email us a copy of your receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and order number.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again and then please send us an email with your order number. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

How long will my order take to arrive?

 In most cases, the orders are delivered within 1 to 2 weeks. After your order has been processed, please allow 1-8 weeks for shipping (varies by Country to Country). 

We will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number once your package has been sent! 

Please make sure your shipping address information is entirely correct to ensure a faster, safer delivery.

Defective Product?

If a product received has manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request a product replacement within 3 of receiving the item. If the case is deemed valid, The Elite Outlet will cover related costs to deliver a replacement.

FURNITURE SHIPPING TIME (USA only):

Furniture are only deliver to USA. Most Furniture Products arrive between 5 to 7 Days. Some Furniture Products may take upto 20 days. We will let you know in advance if the particular Furniture will arrive between 8 to 20 days.
